Our program is designed to change your life, but this is not a magic pill. Expect to work hard. We don’t care where you’re starting from, only that you try your hardest and finish the 6 weeks! This challenge was created to introduce reality based self-defense and fitness to those who want to train, but may be too intimidated to come in and try it on their own. I have personally seen how reality based self-defense and fitness has dramatically changed the lives of those who commit to the process. We are trying to find the right men and women who will work hard, finish the program, and ultimately be an amazing representation of what is possible through our training at Modern Era Warriors. Who Are We Looking For?

You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners. Classes are progressive to allow you to meet your personal goals.

  • Class options are CO-ED or Women Only. Workout in a judgment free environment!
  • Must leave your ego at home. This is a place where hard work is encouraged and respected. It is a humbling experience we’ve all been through.
  • Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. The first week is brutal. We need people who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all this hard work. Success is just a few simple disciplines practiced daily! So let’s see you practice!
  • This is not a “biggest loser” type challenge. Not everyone will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome.
  • Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. This is critical. Our program is tested and works, but only if you follow it!
  • We modify the workouts to your skill level. This program is not for everyone, but anyone can do it if you don’t quit.
  • Must be willing to come to our facility 3 days per week, for 6 weeks. Each class is 1.5 hours. It’s a small price to pay for your safety, health, and happiness!
  • Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at Modern Era Warriors is infectious. When it’s positive energy, there’s nothing better, but negative energy spreads too. Positive people are welcomed with arms wide open.
  • Must be willing to take before and after photos to document our program’s success. These photos are for you and you alone, but they again demonstrate a commitment to the program, to yourself, and to change!
  • Must be committed to making a change. This will not work if we want to see you reach your goals more than you do!
  • Must respect the rules of the gym. They’re in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best experience possible.

Everyone has different reasons to join the challenge such as learning reality based self-defense, weight loss, strength gain, improved cardio, just up for a challenge, etc. Whatever your reason we will make sure you achieve your goals!
