COURSE OVERVIEW
Our yoga for self-defense will transform the way you view your mind, body, and spirit. It is strongly grounded in the ancient science of yoga and other warrior traditions; but, a modern integrated practice spanning traditional yoga, martial arts, and functional fitness training.
You will learn specialized poses, alignment guidance, and sequencing for a home practice. You will also learn a powerful set of breathing techniques for health, energy, and balance, as well as the fundamentals of visualization and meditation.
